Dyspnoea  - breathing is rapid, noisy and moist-sounding - blood tinged frothy fluid may be coughed up.
Orthopnoea
Basal Crepitations
Rales and crepitations and rhonchi
Cold and clammy hands
Nail beds may become cyanotic
Pulse is weak and rapid
Neck veins are distended
Incessant cough with mucoid sputum
Anxiety and restelessness
Confusion - stupor
Fall in SpO2
